Rezpiral is a spirits label, project and fair trade practice that brings beautiful selections of the highest quality traditional agave spirits to a handful of people and places in the USA. This project focuses on the people who make mezcal, and the sustainability of agave plants in general.

This particular bottling is a special homage to Mescalero Tio Chico, as this was the last batch he produced before he unfortunately passed away.

Community: San Luis Amatlán, Oaxaca
Maguey: Verde grown for 10-15 years
Mill: Axe, Machete
Oven: 8 days in conical earthen oven, mezquite fired
Ferment: 14 days in cypress
Distillation: Double distilled in copper alembique

We've got some new faces on the whiskey shelf down here in the Golden Triangle! We've got the @heavenhilldistillery grain to glass series available as well as our private barrel selection from @russellsreservebourbon. @widowjane has their "Baby Jane" made with an heirloom strain of red corn and @fewspirits has a collaboration with @smashingpumpkins that is super unique and fun. Come on in and ask us about them.

@mezcal_yuu_baal has arrived at Stanley Marketplace. Two exceptional mezcal bottles with their own outstanding flavor profiles. Tepeztate (Blue) finds herbal notes of wild plants and cooked flowers. Not as spicy as other Tepeztate mezcals, but still an incredible unique experience. Madrecuishe (Green) has notes of deep green vegetation and damp earth, a perfect accompaniment to fireside relaxing.
